On 9/06/25 at 9:12 p.m. in the 24 C7300 Line Capitol Forrest, sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Mwaniki, 30, on suspicion of 1) reckless endangerment, and 2) driving under the influence.

Lacey Police Department

On 9/06/25 at 9:40 a.m. in the 8100 block of N Bicentennial Loop SE, police arrested Yahaira A. Tintin Sagbay, 27, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 9/06/25 at 6:44 p.m. in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Shane Wilson Sodden, 45, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/06/25 at 9:49 p.m. in the 500 block of Glenalda Court SE, police arrested Jesse Valdez, 30, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/06/25 at 7:11 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cooper Point Road SW, polic arrested Daniel F. Moore, 40, on suspicion of 1) identity theft – personal information, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 3) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.

On 9/06/25 at 10:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Matthew Fenton Bourne, 54, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 9/06/25 at 11:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Roger Eugene Stenberg, 51, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 9/06/25 at 11:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Morgan Lee McKimmey, 29, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
