On 09/09/23 at 1:40 AM in the Old Highway 99/Rich Road, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony William Gregory, 32, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 09/09/23 at 2:02 AM in the 2400 block of Marvin Road NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dakotah James Lee Estus, 28, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/09/23 at 2:04 AM in the 4600 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Douglas A. Frederick, 35, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/09/23 at 4:28 AM in the 400 block of College Street SE, police arrested Austin Drew James, 18, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 09/09/23 at 12:07 AM in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Austin Drew James, 19, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 09/09/23 at 1:08 AM in the 8000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Michelle L. Geiger, 43, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 09/09/23 at 2:39 AM in the 1200 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Karlyn Suzann Buttelo, 47, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft shoplifting.

On 09/09/23 at 8:57 AM in the 700 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Austin M. McCoy, 25, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 09/09/23 at 1:01 PM in the 400 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Angel Anthony Martinez, 29, on suspicion of exclusion order violation.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/09/23 at 4:54 AM in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Paul Edward Reed, 37, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 09/09/23 at 6:47 PM in the 9200 block of Wilkensen Road SE, police arrested David James Lipscomb, 41, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree driving with license suspended and 2) ignition interlock license violation.
