On 4/20/25 at 2:00 a.m. in the 900 Hensley Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Baretta Legalo Penitusi, 47, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 2:00 a.m. in the 900 Hensley Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lupeulufa Tuiolemotu, 46, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 2:07 a.m in Sanpan Thai Cuisine, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacqulyn Pua`Ina Tavai, 30, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 2:26 a.m. in the 900 block of Hensley Street NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeremiah S. Tuiagamoa-Tavai, 26, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 1:40 p.m. in Thurston County Corrections Facility, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffrey Kian Zizz, 47, on suspicions of 1) first-degree murder, 2) first-degree kidnapping, and 3) unlawful disposal of human remains.

On 4/20/25 at 2:36 p.m. in the 7500 Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Darus Lee Elbon, 42, on suspicions of 1) second-degree robbery, 2) possession of drug paraphernalia, 3) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 4/20/25 at 7:15 p.m. in the 7500 Martin Way E, police arrested Timothy Lester Soushek, 68, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

On 4/20/25 at 10:50 p.m. in the area of Old Pacific Highway / Durgin Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eduardo Garcia-Lara, 40, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/20/25 12:04 p.m. in the 6600 block of Prism Street SE, police arrested Manual Tampac Villanueva, 74, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 4/20/25 at 3:29 p.m. in the 3200 block if Jeri Drive NE, police arrested Michael Marsau, 45, on suspicions of 1) unlawful imprisonment, and 2) simple assault.

On 4/20/25 5:09 p.m. in the 3200 block of Willamette Drive NE, police arrested Dylan Chase Lawrence, 23, on suspicions of 1) unlawful imprisonment, 2) harassment.

Olympia Police Department

On 4/20/25 at 5:06 a.m. in the 900 block of Hensley Street NE, police arrested Mika J. Faaitu, 23, on suspicion of third-degree assault of a child.

On 4/20/25 at 11:01 p.m. in the 3900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Bryant Morant, 38, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 11:49 p.m. in the 200 block of Lilly Road NE, police arrested Douglas K. Chilson, 50, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/20/25 at 9:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Israel Road SW, police arrested Emily Jewell Willis, 40, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/20/25 at 2:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Damarae Kendrick Waldron, 31, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/20/25 at 4:22 p.m. in the 5300 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Phillippe Raul Goeke, 19, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/20/25 at 5:14 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Bethany M. Crow, 35, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 4/20/25 at 8:50 p.m. in the 14200 block of Yelm Highway, police arrested Coby Allan Benedict, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/20/25 at 10:47 p.m. in the 300 block of Stevens Avenue NE, police arrested Christina Renee Russell, 33, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
