On 4/27/25 at 5:36 p.m. in the 4000 block of Libby Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Timothy Flannery, 33, on suspicion of harassment.

Lacey Police Department

On 4/27/25 at 1:45 a.m. in the 5700 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Savannah Dawn Dietz, 25, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, and 2) driving under the influence.

On 4/27/25 at 3:07 p.m. in the 500 block of Sleater Kinney Road NE, police arrested Luis R. Tomas Tomas, 26, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.

Olympia Police Department

On 4/27/25 at 3:04 a.m. in the 6900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Gabrielle Andrea Munoz, 29, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/27/25 at 8:27 a.m. in the 1800 block of Fairview Street NE, police arrested Cody James Wirth, 34, on suspicion of assault.

On 4/27/25 at 5:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of 24th Avenue NW, police arrested Jasen Monroe Tester, 45, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, 2) aiming or discharging firearms dangerous weapons, 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 4) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/27/25 at 8:42 p.m. in the 3300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Chelsea Breann Sukiniq Olson, 33, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) theft – all other larceny, and 3) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 4/27/25 at 11:25 p.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue NE, police arrested Nicholas O’Brien Bournes, 34, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/27/25 at 11:39 p.m. in the 100 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Ricky Anthony Peters, 32, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/27/25 at 12:10 a.m. in the 200 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Kaylynn Gayle Flagg, 36, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.

On 4/27/25 at 8:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Creek Street NE, police arrested Raymond S. Nohl, 52, on suspicion of to transfer title within 45 days.

On 4/27/25 at 8:55 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Charles V. Pepper, 36, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
