On 8/30/26 at 2:26 a.m. in the 2900 block of Tierney Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Hernandez-Govea, 24, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 8/30/26 at 1:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of 114th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rey Christian Estrada Pena, 29, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) unlawful imprisonment.
Olympia Police Department
On 8/30/26 at 2:02 a.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NW, police arrested Jack Durand Terry, 31, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference, 2) false statement to public servant, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.
On 8/30/26 at 5:30 a.m. in the 3700 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jacob T. Hazlett, 37, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia.
On 8/30/26 at 12:59 p.m. in the 2400 block of 4th Avenue W, police arrested Gabriel Angel Pena, 25, on suspicion of criminal trespass.
Yelm Police Department
On 8/30/26 at 12:28 a.m. in the 15300 block of 104th Way SE, police arrested Amit Kumar Babbar, 46, on suspicion of 1) negligent driving, and 2) reckless endangerment.
On 8/30/26 at 3:45 a.m. in the 10600 block of Bald Hills Road SE, police arrested Colleen E. McCombs, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 8/30/26 at 9:02 p.m. in the 300 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Justin Brian Davis, 39, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance without prescription, and 2) use of drug paraphernalia.
