On 8/9/26 at 12:09 a.m. in the 500 block of Sandra Lee Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kelcey E. Keene, 35, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 8/9/26 at 12:33 p.m. in the area of Bald Hill Road and Clearwood, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffery Drew Wilschke, 44, on suspicion of 1) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, and 2) resisting arrest.

Olympia Police Department

On 8/9/26 at 12:02 a.m. in the 2300 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Edward Donald Irvine, 55, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) first-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) ignition interlock required.

On 8/9/26 at 3:32 a.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Kyle William Goodpasture, 31, on suspicion of 1) failure to obey officer, 2) obstructing an officer, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/9/26 at 11:50 a.m. in the 200 block of 21st Avenue SW, police arrested Hector Manuel Villicana, 35, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 8/9/26 at 2:59 p.m. in the 100 block of Capitol Way S and State Avenue NE, police arrested Ricky Anthony Peters, 34, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) violation of exclusion order.

On 8/9/26 at 3:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Pattison Street NE, police arrested Lucas James Davis, 43, on suspicion of violation of anti-harassment order.

On 8/9/26 at 4:44 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Michael James Buranen, 53, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

On 8/9/26 at 10:33 a.m. in the 5200 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Austin A. Reynolds, 30, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 8/9/26 at 8:52 p.m. in the 1400 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested James Bateman, 43, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
