On 8/10/25 at 12:07 a.m. in the area of Yelm Highway SE / Powerhouse Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Samantha Rose Farr, 32, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.
On 8/10/25 at 7:58 p.m. in Old Highway 99 Bar and Grill, sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher William Van Wetter, 48, on suspicion of 1) first-degree robbery, and 2) fourth-degree assault.
On 8/10/25 at 11:04 p.m. in the 3800 block of 63rd Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lorena Jean Dorian, 56, on suspicion of 1) violation of no contact order, and 2) residential burglary.

On 8/10/25 at 8:07 a.m. in the 1100 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Gerson A. Diaz Padilla, 20, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.
On 8/10/25 at 6:53 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Michael J. Lubbers, 38, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 8/10/25 at 3:59 a.m. in the 600 block of Pattison Street SE, police arrested Tyree L. Fields, 63, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.
On 8/10/25 at 9:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Lucinda J. Jafar, 30, on suspicion of harassment.
On 8/10/25 at 9:50 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Laura Marie Gardner, 46, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.
Yelm Police Department
On 8/10/25 at 9:19 a.m. in the 1400 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Juvenstino M. Plascencia Arevab, 44, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
