On 08/21/22 at 10:00 a.m. in the 9100 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff's deputies arrested Jesse James William Fine, 30, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic while armed, 2) possession of a stolen firearm, 3) second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and 3) possession of a stolen vehicle.
