On 8/24/25 at 12:05 a.m. in the area of Southbound I5 / Sleater Kinney Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Bishop McAlister, 33, on suspicion of eluding a police vehicle.
On 8/24/25 at 1:50 a.m. in the area of Trailblazer Street, sheriff’s deputies arrested Roberto Carlos Valdez-Leon, 32, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) hit-and-run unattended, and 3) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.

On 8/24/25 at 2:48 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Wendy Ann Adkins, 62, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, 2) criminal trespass, and 3) obstructing an officer.
On 8/24/25 at 3:00 a.m. in the 800 block of Franklin Street NE / Market Street NE, police arrested William Thomas Young, 24, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 8/24/25 at 1:02 p.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Austin Rall James, 20, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 8/24/25 at 4:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Angela Y. Smith, 38, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 8/24/25 at 2:49 p.m. in the 14500 block of Solberg Road SE, police arrested Michael L. Sipin, 79, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.
