On 2/2/25 at 4:22 p.m. in the area of Rainier High School, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Scott Matthew Ellis, 45, on suspicions of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) third-degree theft.
On 2/2/25 at 12:54 a.m. in the area of SR 507, Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Paul Fluhrer, 32, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Lacey Police Department
On 2/2/25 at 6:56 p.m. in the 4000 block of Stikes Drive SE, police arrested Alonzo Jr. Powell, 48, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.
On 2/2/25 at 10:01 p.m. in the 6100 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested B’Yonnie Qunicet Rogers, 25, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
On 2/2/25 at 10:23 p.m. in the 1700 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Jennifer Ann Haggard, 57, on suspicion of first-degree driving while license suspended.
On 2/2/25 at 10:43 p.m. in the 5800 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Darcie Michelle Pence, 44, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 2/2/25 at 5:46 a.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Joel Pier Eaton, 41, on suspicions of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 2/2/25 at 1:16 p.m. in the 2500 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Nathaniel Joseph Kuczmarski, 31, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/2/25 at 5:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Jmaurian R. Davis, 38, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 2/2/25 at 1:22 p.m. in the 200 block of Stevens Avenue NE, police arrested Franco Manuel Alvarez, 29, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
