On 2/22/26 at 7:45 p.m. in the 1400 block of 83rd Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Mitchell Robert Smith, 42, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/22/26 at 7:22 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Dominique Deangelo Darden, 38, on suspicion of harassment ― threats to kill.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/22/26 at 1:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Alta Street SW, police arrested Kellen Joseph Krocker, 29, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/22/26 at 4:28 a.m. in the 3600 block of 5th Avenue SW, police arrested Jed Ediah Werdahl, 45, on suspicion of assault.

On 2/22/26 at 5:36 a.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Dennis Roger Fruci Heck, 34, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 2/22/26 at 12:48 p.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Jorge J. Perez, 34, on suspicion of forgery.

On 2/22/26 at 12:51 p.m. in the 600 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Tiffany S. Perez, 36, on suspicion of forgery.

On 2/22/26 at 5:46 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Rochelle Lee Schneberger, 42, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 2/22/26 at 6:32 p.m. in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Jonah T. Crofton, 28, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

On 2/22/26 at 5:01 p.m. in the 5700 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Donnie David Driver, 41, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, 2) resisting arrest, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Yelm Police Department

On 2/22/26 at 12:22 a.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Christina R. Russell, 34, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.
