On 2/8/26 at 1:56 a.m. in the area of Martin Way E and Gerald Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicolas Anthony Hill-Seran, 20, on suspicion of 1) driving under 21 consuming alcohol, and 2) reckless driving.
On 2/8/26 at 2:00 p.m. in the area of Handicap Fishing, sheriff’s deputies arrested Cory Daniel Tash, 38, on suspicion of possession of stolen vehicle.
On 2/8/26 at 4:41 p.m. in the 18900 block of Roseburg Street SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Katrina Leanne Gotcher, 43, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) unlawful imprisonment.
On 2/8/26 at 8:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Oakcrest Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Abigail Naomi Scott, 33, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 2/8/26 at 9:29 p.m. in the 7500 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Miguel Angel Perete Encarnacion, 34, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.
Tumwater Police Department
On 2/8/26 at 1:37 p.m. in the 5700 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested James Bateman, 42, on suspicion of 1) first-degree criminal trespass, and 2) second-degree reckless burning.
Yelm Police Department
On 2/8/26 at 1:05 a.m. in the 16500 block of State Route 507, police arrested John Benjamin Casavant, 39, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 2/8/26 at 8:26 a.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Michael James Pengilley, 42, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/8/26 at 7:20 p.m. in the 10400 block of Brighton Street SE, police arrested Jack Shelby Chenier, 57, on suspicion of 1) harassment ― threats to kill, and 2) malicious harassment ― hate crime.
On 2/8/26 at 9:12 p.m. in the 200 block of Tahoma Boulevard SE, police arrested Austin Thomas Woolery, 31, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 2/8/26 at 9:54 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Teresa Marie Russell, 44, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
On 2/8/26 at 10:09 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested James E. Beck, 37, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
