On 1/28/24 at 9:25 AM in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Brian L. Austen, 37, on suspicion of simple assault.
On 1/28/24 at 4:06 PM in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Austin R. James, 19, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 1/28/24 at 3:57 PM in the 700 block of Alta Street SW, police arrested Phillip Seidelman, 43, on suspicions of 1) assault, and 2) obstructing an officer.
Yelm Police Department
On 1/28/24 at 5:39 PM in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Cyrus James Rosnick, 23, on suspicion of 2nd degree criminal trespass.
