On 7/5/26 at 1:22 p.m. in the 13000 block of 155th Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Emily Inez Valencia, 31, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/5/26 at 9:45 p.m. in the 5100 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Amanda Courtney Jane Powell, 38, on suspicion of ignition interlock required.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/5/26 at 2:02 a.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Wyatt L. Flick, 30, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 7/5/26 at 8:08 a.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Labran Kourtney Mohammed, 40, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 7/5/26 at 12:11 p.m. in the 500 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Kelsie N. Ely, 40, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) criminal trespass.

On 7/5/26 at 1:29 p.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue W, police arrested Victor J. Hobbs, 36, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 7/5/26 at 4:11 p.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue NE, police arrested Luis Ricardo Olivera Rivera, 37, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/5/26 at 5:46 p.m. in the 400 block of West Road NE, police arrested Shawn C. Rhey Baumann, 44, on suspicion of 1) first-degree vehicle prowling, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.
