On 3/3/24 at 4:07 PM in the 10800 block of Rainier Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Louis Logan, 65, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

On 3/3/24 at 7:26 PM in the 18300 block of Loganberry Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Suzanna Joy McClain, 58, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 3/3/24 at 12:33 AM in the 6300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Carlos A. Mercado Henrquez, 44, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/3/24 at 3:54 PM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Sebastian Adam Cain Barnett, 25, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 3/3/24 at 6:35 PM in the 7200 block of 32nd Avenue NE, police arrested Katelyn M. Gubbe, 27, on suspicion of 2nd degree theft – all other theft.

On 3/3/24 at 7:56 PM in the 1400 block of 83rd Avenue SW, police arrested Gina R. Grocott, 41, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 3/3/24 at 8:27 AM in the 100 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Samuel David Acosta, 31, on suspicions of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 3/3/24 at 1:09 PM in the 100 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Amber Dawn Tock, 40, on suspicions of 1) criminal trespass, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 3/3/24 at 8:36 AM in the 1100 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested Alexander Carlson, 39, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 3/3/24 at 12:30 AM in the 10600 block Bald Hills Road SE, police arrested Mark Ryan Simmonds, 40, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 3/3/24 at 3:04 PM in the 1300 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Kamaren Scott Morrison, 31, on suspicion of order restricting contact.

On 3/3/24 at 10:32 PM in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Patrick S. Kolowitz, 43, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.
