On 3/9/25 at 12:24 a.m. in the 5500 block of Corporate Center Lane, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Dean Hoeppner, 30, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 3/9/25 at 10:30 a.m. in the area of 14th Avenue NE/Horne Street NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tristan Allen Isiah Palmer, 29, on suspicions of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic, 2) resisting arrest, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 3/9/25 at 11:24 a.m. in the area of Pepperidge Lane SE/Thuja Avenue SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamie Lee Wilson, 31, on suspicion of protection order violation.
On 3/9/25 at 11:46 a.m. in the 9300 block of Windsor Lane NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dane Roy Marstrom, 29, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault with child enhancement.
On 3/9/25 at 4:17 p.m. in the 17800 block of Lawrence Lake Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Dennis Dugan, 68, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 3/9/25 at 11:21 p.m. in the 10300 block of Clark Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Travis Adom Davis, 31, on suspicions of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) third-degree malicious mischief, and 3) other charges.

On 3/9/25 at 6:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Austin R. James, 20, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 3/9/25 at 1:45 a.m. in the 300 block of 8th Avenue SE/Adams Street SE, police arrested Angela A. Tellers, 51, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 3/9/25 at 4:40 p.m. in the 1600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Brian Gonzales, 34, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
On 3/9/25 at 5:45 p.m. in the 400 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Mario Lorenzo Meeker, 30, on suspicions of 1) theft – all other locations, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 3/9/25 at 3:45 a.m. in the 2400 block of 93rd Avenue SW, police arrested Robyn R. Cayce, 37, on suspicion of possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance.
On 3/9/25 at 8:11 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Noah Hunter Coursey, 27, on suspicion of no contact order violation.
Yelm Police Department
On 3/9/25 at 4:02 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Melissa A. Millen, 43, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.
