On 5/17/26 at 2:48 a.m. in the 16600 block of 109th Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Liam Dalton Hodgkinson, 18, on suspicion of first-degree rape of a child.

On 5/17/26 at 11:04 a.m. in the 10800 block of Temp Lake Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Scott Anderson, 40, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

On 5/17/26 at 4:30 p.m. in the 12800 block of Hubbard Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bryan Yurem Avalos, 27, on suspicion of 1) third-degree rape of a child, and 2) communication with minor for immoral purpose.

On 5/17/26 at 5:22 p.m. in the 7600 block of 3rd Way SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shelby Dakota Surpris, 36, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 5/17/26 at 11:39 p.m. in the 2100 block of 93rd Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Melissa Lynne Larson, 34, on suspicion of 1) second-degree identity theft, 2) driving under the influence, 3) possession, use of controlled substance, 4) possession of drug paraphernalia, 5) trip permit violation, and 6) no valid driver’s license without proper identification.

On 5/17/26 at 2:50 a.m. in the 1100 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Edward Lee Haggins, 56, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 5/17/26 at 8:27 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Victor J. Hobbs, 36, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 5/17/26 at 6:15 p.m. in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested David John Brown, 59, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, and 2) resisting/obstructing.

On 5/17/26 at 7:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Jermaine Marcell Garland, 44, on suspicion of 1) harassment, 2) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, 3) violation of order with assault, and 4) third-degree introducing a contraband.
