On 5/24/26 at 12:35 a.m. in the 5400 block of 32nd Court SE and Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Rafael M. Alegria, 24, on suspicion of 1) possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and 2) driving under the influence.

On 5/24/26 at 6:23 a.m. in the 8200 block of Quinault Drive NE, police arrested James Ryan Underwood, 35, on suspicion of 1) second-degree trespassing, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/24/26 at 11:05 a.m. in the 5800 block of 13th Avenue SE, police arrested Diana Ngiramowai, 64, on suspicion of allowing unauthorized person to drive.

On 5/24/26 at 11:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Demmeitrick D. Swansey, 55, on suspicion of 1) first-degree theft ― shoplifting, and 2) first-degree criminal trespass.

Olympia Police Department

On 5/24/26 at 12:29 a.m. in the 2900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Chaz Daniel Martinez, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/24/26 at 8:55 a.m. in the 1900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Stanley Dean Parker, 61, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

On 5/24/26 at 2:39 p.m. in the 100 block of Legion Way SE, police arrested Kirra Holm Dieckman, 46, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, 2) disorderly conduct, 3) reckless endangerment, and 4) misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/24/26 at 7:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Olympia Avenue NE and Adams Street NE, police arrested Shawn David Jenkins, 50, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 5/24/26 at 8:39 p.m. in the 600 block of Cherry Street SE, police arrested Austin Rex Hungerford, 46, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) second-degree malicious mischief.

Tumwater Police Department

On 5/24/26 at 11:18 a.m. in the 700 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Micah Anthony Labaron Weeks, 52, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
