On 11/02/25 at 3:06 a.m. in the 9100 block of Old Highway 99, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eduardo Martinez, 40, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 11/02/25 at 5:19 a.m. in the 3500 block of Radcliff Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Wayne Scott Morgan, 52, on suspicion of 1) first-degree assault, and 2) fourth-degree assault.
