On 11/23/25 at 2:45 a.m. in the area of Under Freeway Exit 88, sheriff’s deputies arrested David Allen Rhoades, 43, on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
On 11/23/25 at 3:49 a.m. in the 100 block of Nisqually Cutoff Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Foster Nevis, 40, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) hit and run unattended.
On 11/23/25 at 7:39 a.m. in the 6700 block of Fir Tree Road, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Morales, 31, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, and 3) unlawful imprisonment.
On 11/23/25 at 7:08 p.m. in the area of Thru Lake Circle SE and Bittern Court SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas James Stephens, 55, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
On 11/23/25 at 9:10 p.m. in the area of 80th Avenue SE and Spurgeon Creek Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Hannah Lee Seymore, 18, on suspicion of 1) failure to obey police officer, and 2) reckless driving.

On 11/23/25 at 3:26 p.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue SE and Washington Street SE, police arrested Abel Castro Baca, 57, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 11/23/25 at 6:46 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Ashley Brianne Barnard, 31, on suspicion of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) obstructing an officer.
