Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 9/27/26 at 12:20 a.m. in the 9000 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Mackenzie Lyn Preston, 35, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, and 2) second-degree driving while license suspended.

On 9/27/26 at 12:38 a.m. in the 4600 block of 17th Lane NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Belive Fities, 26, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree assault.

On 9/27/26 at 8:08 p.m. in the 7600 block of 3rd Way SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Charley Brian Clayville, 36, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 9/27/26 at 10:08 p.m. in the area of Shell McKenna, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Porter Bingaman, 36, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, 3) making or possession auto theft tools, and 4) possession of stolen vehicle.  

On 9/27/26 at 10:08 p.m. in the area of Shell McKenna, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nakayla Marie Hand, 29, on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substance.

On 9/27/26 at 10:34 p.m. in the 5500 block of Cooper Point Road NW, sheriff’s deputies arrested James Milton Harkness-Noll, 38, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/27/26 at 4:05 a.m. in the 100 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Elizabeth James Manues, 23, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/27/26 at 9:54 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Keymon Lorenzo Charles, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/27/26 at 11 a.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Evan John Thomas Anderson, 34, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, 2) second-degree malicious mischief, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 9/27/26 at 10:38 p.m. in the 100 block of Legion Way SW, police arrested Ariya E. Santos, 33, on suspicion of assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/27/26 at 7:59 p.m. in the 100 block of Dennis Street SW, police arrested Billy Brett Moore, 40, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/27/26 at 7:18 a.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Jocquess Cortez Braxton, 41, on suspicion of hit-and-run attended.

On 9/27/26 at 9:33 p.m. in the 1300 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Daniel Keith McGuire, 42, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 9/27/26 at 9:58 p.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Adam Mitchell Osborne, 55, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
