Olympia Police Department

At 12:01 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Evergreen Park Court Southwest, police arrested Zachary W. Passmore, 19, on suspicion of driving without a license.

At 12:28 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Cooper Point Auto Mall Drive Southwest, police arrested Frank W. Kindermann, 37, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 1:58 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Courtside Street Southwest, police arrested Sheyanne R. Walker, 24, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 7:47 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast, police arrested Jamal C. Davis, 29, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

At 4 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Nathaniel J. Kuczmarski, 27, on suspicion of two counts of failure to comply.

At 7:44 p.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Andrew W. Woods, 35, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Lacey Police Department

At 3:15 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road Southeast, police arrested Sergei G. Snyder, 29, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Tumwater Police Department

At 4:34 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of North Seventh Avenue Southwest, police arrested Mendel R. Everson, 35, on an out-of-town warrant.

Yelm Police Department

At 2:28 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of First Street South, police arrested Elu A. Sivanu, 22, on suspicion of hit and run.

At 6:44 p.m. Thursday in the 15400 block of Chad Drive Southeast, police arrested Joseph M. Ottley, 18, on suspicion of hit and run.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
