Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 1/6/22 at 10:03 p.m. in the 3100 block of Overhulse Rd NW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Levi Colton Mayner, 21, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 1/6/22 at 3:10 a.m. in the 4200 block of 14th Ave SE, police arrested Arthur Lenard Austin, 23, on suspicion of assault in the second degree.

On 1/6/22 at 8:20 a.m. in the 600 block of 103rd Ave NE, police arrested John Kenneth Kirkus, 22, on suspicion of an unattended hit and run.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/6/22 at 12:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of Copper Point Rd SW, police arrested Jacob Caliendo, 36, on suspicion of 1) theft in the third degree and 2) criminal trespassing.

On 1/6/22 at 2:54 a.m. in the 400 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Sean Aaron Waddle, 40, for an out-of-town warrant and on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.

On 1/6/22 at 8:39 a.m. in the 3500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Carly Rose Lorentzen Buckner, 32, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.

On 1/6/22 at 7:54 p.m. in the 3600 block of 22nd Ave NE, police arrested Mark William Balthrop, 48, on suspicion of 1) harassment – threats to kill and 2) malicious mischief in the third degree.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
