On 8/28/25 at 4:13 p.m. in the 2300 block of 9th Avenue SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Shaun Michael Edwards, 39, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 8/28/25 at 9:29 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Christopher Nicholas Wagner, 33, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 8/28/25 at 2:51 a.m. in the 400 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Michael Anthony Escobar, 33, on suspicion of possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance.

On 8/28/25 at 3:22 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Jeffrey D. Backman, 42, on suspicion of 1) third-degree malicious mischief, and 2) second-degree reckless burning.

On 8/28/25 at 6:49 p.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Alithea Marie Folk, 29, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/25 at 1:23 a.m. in the 300 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Fawn C. S. Bouton, 40, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) use of drug paraphernalia.

On 8/28/25 at 1:38 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Dustin Adam Lokela Bassette, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/28/25 at 7:53 p.m. in the 10200 block of West Road SE, police arrested James Anselm Backman, 75, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 8/28/25 at 9:41 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Wyatt Matthew Lee Ingram, 21, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
