On 12/5/24 at 10:32 p.m. in the 5700 block of Kinney Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicole Marie Allen-Sage, 39, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 12/5/24 at 1:23 a.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Mark S. Ask, 60, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 12/5/24 at 2:18 a.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Russchell L. Bariekman, 49, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 12/5/24 at 3:54 a.m. in the 5600 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Samantha R. Benton, 25, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 12/5/24 at 3:23 p.m. in the 600 block of Golf Club Place SE, police arrested Samuel David Acosta, 32, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/5/24 at 8:46 p.m. in the 5300 block of College Street SE, police arrested Justin Robert Roosma, 51, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Olympia Police Department

On 12/5/24 at 1:44 a.m. in the 1800 block of 4th Avenue W/Cushing Street NW, police arrested Kristine Rhea Williams, 34, on suspicions of 1) assault, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/5/24 at 2:12 a.m. in the 3400 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Ricky Lee Spencer, 55, on suspicion of third-degree assault.

On 12/5/24 at 2:44 a.m. in the 400 block of Yauger Way SW/5th Avenue SW, police arrested Connor James Francis, 27, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 12/5/24 at 3:28 p.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Jeffrey Horlick, 53, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/5/24 at 7:16 a.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Amanda Rae Fronczak, 40, on suspicions of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 3) offenses in public.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
