On 2/22/24 at 8:56 PM in the 100 Wilson Road NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Edward Lewis, 42, on suspicion of 1st degree criminal impersonation.

On 2/22/24 at 9:00 AM in the 100 W Pine Shelton, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ronald James Shepard, 35, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree child rape, 2) 3rd degree rape, and 3) 1st degree arson.

Lacey Police Department

On 2/22/24 at 1:48 AM in the 1200 block of College Street SE, police arrested Ke’Marion D. Hill, 19, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 2/22/24 at 8:52 PM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Alithea M. Folk, 27, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Olympia Police Department

On 2/22/24 at 10:13 AM in the 1700 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Andrew Benard Lapierre, 39, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degrfee malicious mischief, 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/22/24 at 12:15 PM in the 100 block of Capitol Way and Market Street, police arrested Juventino Plascencia Arevalo, 43, on suspicion of 2nd degree burglary.

On 2/22/24 at 6:42 PM in the 1200 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Sierra Louise Hemminger, 42, on suspicion of 1st degree arson.

On 2/22/24 at 7:59 PM in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested James Wayne Wherrett, 40, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 2/22/24 at 11:47 AM in the 2200 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Richard Leon Graham, 43, on suspicion 4th degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 2/22/24 at 4:43 AM in the 11700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Erick Flores, 29, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/22/24 at 5:23 PM in the 9000 block of Cullens Road SE, police arrested Amber S. Simpson, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.
