On 1/30/25 at 2:42 a.m. in the area of Shell SR 702, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen Scott Conway, 36, on suspicion of first-degree criminal impersonation.

On 1/30/25 at 10:48 a.m. in the 1100 block of Neil Street NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Curtis Guajardo, 40, on suspicion of harassment.

On 1/30/25 at 10:16 p.m. in the area of Regal Cinemas, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Juvenstino Plascencia-Arevalo, 44, on suspicions of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) third-degree theft.

On 1/30/25 at 3:06 p.m. in the 200 block of Binghampton Street W, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sharanpreet Singh, 23, on suspicions of 1) fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation, and 2) unlawful imprisonment with sexual motivation.

On 1/30/25 at 1:04 a.m. in the area of Martin Way E and Duterrow Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Abygail Rose Thompson, 22, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 1/30/25 at 4:50 p.m. in the 4600 block of Bellwood Drive NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amber Raye Walter, 41, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

On 1/30/25 at 12:04 a.m. in the 1600 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Michael James Gardner, 34, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/30/25 at 1:24 a.m. in the 1300 block of Marion Street NE, police arrested Joshua A. Santini, 32, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/30/25 at 6:23 p.m. in the 5000 block of College Street SE, police arrested Enrico G. Lopez, 22, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 1/30/25 at 8:06 p.m. in the 5400 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested William Lawrence Baskett, 57, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/30/25 at 3:45 a.m. in the 2500 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Brandon L. Penn, 39, on suspicion of third-degree possessing stolen property.

On 1/30/25 at 11:44 a.m. in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Angela S. Colon, 59, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 1/30/25 at 4:27 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Renato James Cabamalan, 42, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 1/30/25 at 7:40 p.m. in the 3900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Makelene D. Cravin, 43, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/30/25 at 10:22 p.m in the 900 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Brye P. McGhee, 34, on suspicions of 1) possession or under influence of unlawful drug, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 1/30/25 at 10:09 a.m. in the 5500 block of Littlerock Road  SW, police arrested Joshua Lee Patterson, 36, on suspicions of 1) second-degree burglary, 2) third-degree theft – shoplifting, and 3) possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 1/30/25 at 3:40 p.m. in the 4400 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Andrew Cody Brown, 25, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/30/25 at 9:44 p.m. in the 500 block of Cleveland Avenue SE, police arrested Andrea N. Herbert, 31, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

On 1/30/25 at 12:54 a.m. in the 1200 block of Crystal Court NW, police arrested Melissa J. Ulrich, 46, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 1/30/25 at 5:22 p.m. in the 200 block McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested John Russell Stahle, 63, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
