Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 7/24/25 at 7:27 p.m. in the 400 block of Park Avenue E, sheriff’s deputies arrested Raymond Jefferies Hicks, 33, on suspicion of 1) second-degree vehicle prowl, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/24/25 at 12:06 a.m. in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Timothy Frank Oliver, 53, on suspicion of 1) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/24/25 at 12:30 p.m. in the 5500 block of College Glen Loop SE, police arrested Jasmine L. Betancourt, 26, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 7/24/25 at 2:38 p.m. in the 5900 block of Illinois Lane SE, police arrested Lisa Rae Potter, 63, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) interfering with reporting of a domestic violence.

Olympia Police Department

On 7/24/25 at 4:01 a.m. in the 800 block of Yauger Way SW, police arrested Maritza H. Hernandez, 32, on suspicion of first-degree assault.

On 7/24/25 at 10:19 a.m. in the 100 block of Market Street NE, police arrested Siwiner Jenny, 37, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, 2) first-degree malicious mischief, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 7/24/25 at 7:47 p.m. in the 3300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jonathon B. Buffum, 26, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance without prescription, 2) use of drug paraphernalia, 3) obstructing an officer, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 7/24/25 at 12:20 a.m. in the 6000 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Brandon Michael Lee, 31, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 3) out-of-town felony warrant.
