On 7/30/26 at 1:22 a.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Eric Allen Starry, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/30/26 at 2:28 a.m. in the 200 block of Kenyon Street NW, police arrested Rifat Hossain, 21, on suspicion of 1) driving while license suspended, 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 3) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/30/26 at 12:40 p.m. in the 1200 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested Destinee Autumn Ingalsbe, 26, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2 first-degree driving while license suspended

On 7/30/26 at 3 p.m. in the 2000 block of Lakeridge Drive SW, police arrested Patrick James Wallace, 81, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

On 7/30/26 at 6:18 p.m. in the 100 block of State Avenue NE and Washington Street NE, police arrested Aaron L. Martin, 46, on suspicion of first-degree arson.

On 7/30/26 at 9:34 p.m. in the 2200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Michael Brandon Singer, 44, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/30/26 at 9:51 p.m. in the 200 block of State Avenue NE and Franklin Street NE, police arrested Rebecca M. Doninger, 37, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/30/26 at 11:55 a.m. in the 1600 block of 74th Avenue SW, police arrested Angelina Renee Rausch, 41, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 7/30/26 at 3:52 p.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Jessica Daw Salter, 25, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 7/30/26 at 7:26 p.m. in the 16500 block of 103rd Avenue SE, police arrested Alexis Munoz Medina, 22, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
