On 7/31/25 at 8:30 a.m. in Tenino Thriftway Market Parking Lot, sheriff’s deputies arrested Nathaniel Lee Moore, 30, on suspicion of first-degree criminal impersonation.

On 7/31/25 at 4:30 p.m. in the 11600 block of 6th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kristian Lee Morgan, 23, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

Lacey Police Department

On 7/31/25 at 11:19 a.m. in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Patrick John Harlan, 34, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 7/31/25 at 4:34 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Roxanne Brittany O’Keefe, 34, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 7/31/25 at 10:15 a.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Kaeden Phillip Bearse, 20, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 7/31/25 at 5:18 p.m. in the 500 block of Cleveland Avenue SE, police arrested Anthony J. McKague, 41, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 7/31/25 at 2:43 a.m. in the 10100 block of Terra Valley Street SE, police arrested Darin J. Matheny, 47, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) violation of no contact order, and 3) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 7/31/25 at 2:24 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Angela Darlene Westfall, 47, on suspicion of third-degree theft – shoplifting.

On 7/31/25 at 8:57 p.m. in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Justice S. Craddock, 29, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 7/31/25 at 11:38 p.m. in the 9500 block of Cullens Road SE, police arrested Michael W. D. Arneson, 24, on suspicion of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
