On 6/19/25 at 12:14 p.m. in the 500 block of Old Pacific Highway SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Francis Elena Arguinzones, 35, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
On 6/19/25 at 9:35 p.m. in the area of 148th Avenue SE and 7 Champion Estates Drive SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bret Edward Kiesel, 66, on suspicion of 1) possession, use of controlled substance, and 2) first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
