On 6/25/26 at 2:43 a.m. in the area of Southbound Interstate-5, sheriff’s deputies arrested Devon Charles Bardsley, 45, on suspicion of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) first-degree driving while license suspended.
On 6/25/26 at 6:30 p.m. in the 7700 block of Martin Way E, sheriff’s deputies arrested John Wesley Brand, 53, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
On 6/25/26 at 7:00 p.m. in the area of Flying J, sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Dean Cutsinger, 28, on suspicion of 1) possession of stolen vehicle, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 3) third-degree driving while license suspended, 4) no valid driver’s license without proper identification, 5) driving under the influence, and 6) possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 6/25/26 at 12:21 p.m. in the 1700 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Scott Dean Pierce, 35, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.
On 6/25/26 at 3:16 p.m. in the 1200 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Devin Hawke Stemple, 19, on suspicion of 1) possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2) pedestrian interference.
On 6/25/26 at 6:41 p.m. in the 2100 block of Jackson Avenue NW, police arrested Samantha T. Schuler, 39, on suspicion of criminal trespass.
Tumwater Police Department
On 6/25/26 at 3:24 p.m. in the 2300 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Nathaniel E. Vandergriff, 45, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
