On 3/28/24 at 3:43 AM in the 200 block of Delphi Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Evan Carlos Neal, 20, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 3) 3rd degree assault.
