On 3/5/26 at 1:18 p.m. in the 6900 block of Yelm Highway SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Patrick Tavares, 33, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 3/5/26 at 8:22 p.m. in the 600 block of Devoe Building A, sheriff’s deputies arrested Phillip Lamarks Barber, 46, on suspicion of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic, 2) possession of dangerous weapon, and 3) criminal solicitation of Class C felony.

On 3/5/26 at 9:30 p.m. in the area of Klamath Drive SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Nickolaus Nolan, 37, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft, and 2) forgery.

On 3/5/26 at 1:51 a.m. in the 8600 block of Webster Drive NE, police arrested Arvin Adarlo Culla, 48, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

On 3/5/26 at 7:43 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Stanley Dee Taylor, 67, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

On 3/5/26 at 9:13 p.m. in the 3700 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested Sheila Mwendwa, 31, on suspicion of 1) ignition interlock required, and 2) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/5/26 at 9:45 p.m. in the 4600 block of Whitman Lane SE, police arrested Austin Nixon, 32, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/5/26 at 1:11 a.m. in the 1900 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, police arrested Dustin Paul Burke, 50, on suspicion of violation of a no contact order.

On 3/5/26 at 2:20 a.m. in the 900 block of Burr Road SE, police arrested Justin Dean Cutsinger, 27, on suspicion of theft.

On 3/5/26 at 2:39 a.m. in the 900 block of Eastside Street SE, police arrested Ruben Apalonio Ramirez, 30, on suspicion of 1) obstructing an officer, and 2) failure to obey officer.

On 3/5/26 at 3:27 a.m. in the 1900 block of Evergreen Park Drive SW, police arrested Alicia Noelle Wilson, 27, on suspicion of 1) assault, 2) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, 3) obstructing an officer, and 4) resisting.

On 3/5/26 at 6:22 a.m. in the 1000 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested Brianna T. Navarro Mosqueda, 24, on suspicion of assault.

On 3/5/26 at 4:06 p.m. in the 700 block of Franklin Street SE, police arrested Austin Alexander Reynolds, 30, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 3/5/26 at 10:04 a.m. in the 7700 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Howard Frank Lee, 57, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) communication with minor for immoral purposes.

On 3/5/26 at 6:50 p.m. in the 500 block of I Street SW, police arrested Melanie Rae McCowan, 38, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/5/26 at 12:48 a.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Tiarra Noel Szolas, 36, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/5/26 at 3:59 a.m. in the 100 block of Edwards Street SW, police arrested Sharon G. Ney, 59, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/5/26 at 3:18 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Damian Martinez Pizano, 31, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/5/26 at 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Jacob Scott Moore, 32, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/5/26 at 8:57 p.m. in the 600 block of Crystal Springs, police arrested Orion Scott Turnbull, 31, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
