On 5/28/26 at 4:50 p.m. in the Thurston County Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Seth Allen Elwell, 48, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 5/28/26 at 5:35 p.m. in the 18000 block of Leitner Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Austin Earl Foster, 20, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.
