On 11/27/25 at 12:51 a.m. in the 2100 block of Reservation Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Leroy Webb, 55, on suspicion of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
On 11/27/25 at 1:14 a.m. in the 2100 block of Reservation Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kayla Allene Leach, 35, on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic.
On 11/27/25 at 6:20 a.m. in the 3200 block of Sleater Kinney Road NE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Lason Scott, 37, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 11/27/25 at 8:11 a.m. in the area of Reservation Road SE and 25th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michelle Anne Phillips, 49, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 11/27/25 at 4:53 p.m. in the 2300 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Russell Lee Denham, 40, on suspicion of 1) first-degree kidnapping, 2) second-degree assault, 3) reckless endangerment, 4) hit-and-run attended, 5) eluding police vehicle, 6) resisting arrest, and 7) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 11/27/25 at 10:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Dennis Court SE, police arrested Christopher P. Meyers, 42, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) fourth-degree assault, 3) first-degree burglary, and 4) violation of no contact order.
Yelm Police Department
On 11/27/25 at 12:29 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Antoniette A. Dela Cruz, 46, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
