On 11/21/24 at 4:43 p.m. in the 3400 block of Marvin Road NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Monroe Garver, 57, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.
On 11/21/24 at 2:17 p.m. in the area of Maytown Road/Gunstone Street SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christian Robert James Smith, 25, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 2) possession of stolen vehicle, 3) eluding a police vehicle, 4) 1st degree driving while license suspended, 5) possession or use of controlled substance, and 6) obstructing a law enforcement officer.
On 11/21/24 at 10:10 a.m. in Napa Auto Parts, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Lee Titus, 46, on suspicions of 1) attempted residential burglary, 2) 2nd degree assault, and 3) 3rd degree malicious mischief.
