On 11/9/23 at 12:49 AM in the 8900 block of Wilkensen Road SE/91st Avenue SE, police arrested Bryon Cody Tellier, 31, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree driving with license suspended and 2) ignition interlock license violation.
