On 10/15/26 at 1:57 a.m. in the 600 block of Pattison Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rafael Mario Alegria, 25, on suspicion of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

On 10/15/26 at 12:12 a.m. in the 5100 block of 41st Avenue SE, police arrested Nikolai Everest Scarano, 23, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 10/15/26 at 3:32 a.m. in the 5400 block of 15th Avenue NE, police arrested Margret Rai Walerski, 20, on suspicion of 1) simple assault, and 2) malicious mischief.

On 10/15/26 at 3:27 a.m. in the 800 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Siwiner M. Jenny, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 10/15/26 at 5:21 a.m. in the 1200 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Benjamin Frederick Roper, 40, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 10/15/26 at 8:57 a.m. in the 700 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Alexander C. Farias, 29, on suspicion of vehicle prowl.

On 10/15/26 at 3:35 p.m. in the 700 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Alithea Marie Folk, 30, on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

On 10/15/26 at 3:44 p.m. in the 200 block of Olympia Avenue NE, police arrested Christopher James Ragan, 32, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 10/15/26 at 8:38 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Lyka NC Sally, 25, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/15/26 at 12:25 a.m. in the 16400 block of State Route 507, police arrested Nicholas Adam Howe, 59, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
