On 10/17/24 at 3:03 a.m. in the 14900 block of Prairie Vista Loop SE, police arrested Curtis Ames Chipman, 58, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 10/17/24 at 5:49 p.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Justin Wayne Van Winkle, 40, on suspicions of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.
