On 9/25/25 at 3:17 a.m. in the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Sebastian Blu Sullivan, 33, on suspicion of theft – all other larceny.

On 9/25/25 at 11:01 a.m. in the 1100 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Alex Juan Gutierrez, 32, on suspicion of 1) theft – shoplifting, and 2) first-degree trespassing.

On 9/25/25 at 11:13 p.m. in the 100 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Shannon Tompkins, 43, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/25/25 at 8:26 a.m. in the 100 block of Thurston Avenue NE and Washington Street NE, police arrested Tanner Jarryck Spargo, 33, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 9/25/25 at 9:19 a.m. in the 4300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Brian Leon West, 41, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 9/25/25 at 11:01 a.m. in the 700 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Jacob Tyler Hazlett, 36, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/25/25 at 4:00 p.m. in the 1900 block of Ashwood Downs Lane SE, police arrested Levi Colton Mayner, 25, on suspicion of assault.

On 9/25/25 at 10:17 p.m. in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Hollie Marie Bragg, 49, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 9/25/25 at 10:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Alex B. Comas, 24, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/25/25 at 4:05 a.m. in the 400 block of Cleveland Avenue SE, police arrested Todd Craig Wellington, 53, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/25/25 at 12:54 a.m. in the 400 block of West Road SE, police arrested John Scott Miller, 40, on suspicion of 1) possession of a stolen vehicle, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) ignition interlock required.

On 9/25/25 at 2:51 a.m. in the 800 block of NP Road NE, police arrested Diana L. Hughes, 57, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 9/25/25 at 12:36 p.m. in the 400 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Charles Alvin Doan, 62, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.
