Olympia Police Department

At 1:31 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested Mataese K. Ballard, 21, on suspicion of two counts of failure to comply.

At 1:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast, police arrested Gregory L. Sharlow, 33, on suspicion of misdemeanor assault.

At 7:47 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Trailblazer Street Southeast, police arrested Michael J. Paine, 37, on suspicion of first-degree robbery and Patrick O. Barlet, 30, on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearms. See related story.

Tumwater Police Department

At 11:06 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Irving Street Southwest, police arrested Julio A. Serrano, 32, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

At 1:06 p.m. Tuesday in the 5100 block of Henderson Boulevard Southeast, police arrested Tion G. Hayes, 23, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 11:04 p.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of Capitol Boulevard South, police arrested Stephanie K. Lane, 52, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
