Olympia Police Department

At 1:22 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Black Lake Boulevard Southwest, police arrested Sarah M. Pitts, 32, on suspicion of shoplifting, driving with a suspended license and and driving with a suspended license plate.

At 2:28 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Deschutes Parkway Southwest, police arrested Earnest D. Gray, 57, on suspicion of driving without a license and failure to transfer a title with 45 days.

At 10:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Fourth Avenue East, police arrested Phillip L. Barber, 41, on an out-of-town warrant.

Lacey Police Department

At 1:59 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast, police arrested Paul J. Henrickson, 35, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 9:53 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Marcus D. Fisher, 50, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 9:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Melissa A. Appleby, 37, on suspicion of operating without a license.

Yelm Police Department

At 9:03 p.m. Tuesday in the 16500 block of 103rd Avenue Southeast, police arrested Elaine E. Stangler, 56, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
