On 3/22/22 at 5:48 p.m. in the 7100 block of Spurgeon Creek Rd SE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Joseph Eugene Leyva, 40, on suspicion of  possession of a stolen vehicle.

Lacey Police Department

On 3/22/22 at 12:15 a.m. in the 800 block of Alta St SW, police arrested Adam Thomas Cooper, 36, on suspicion of assault – domestic violence.

On 3/22/22 at 1:03 a.m. in the 500 block of Sleater Kinney Rd, police arrested Justin Eric Laying, 39, for an out-of-town warrant.

On 3/22/22 at 2:16 a.m. in the 2100B00 block of Marvin Rd NE, police arrested Trezavonte Mahlik Allen, 19, for an out-of-town warrant.

On 3/22/22 at 2:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd, police arrested Shane M McKeller, 33, on suspicion of 1) malicious mischief and 2) resisting arrest.

 On 3/22/22 at 8:15 p.m. in the 4600 block of 45th Ave SE, police arrested Elizabeth Denise Hesse, 19, on suspicion of 1) assault and 2) malicious mischief.

Olympia Police Department

On 3/22/22 at 12:39 a.m. in the 400 block of Jefferson St SE, police arrested David Charles Sands, 52, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence and 2) driving with a suspended license.

On 3/22/22 at 2:47 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin St NE, police arrested Rodney A Harris, 50, on suspicion of criminal trespassing.

On 3/22/22 at 2:01 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Darrius L Hill, on suspicion of harassment.

On 3/22/22 at 5:48 p.m. in the 8000 block of Yelm Hwy SE, police arrested Joseph Eugene Leyva, 40, on suspicion of 1) theft of a motor vehicle and 2) violation of no-contact order.

On 3/22/22 at 6:05 p.m. in the 3200 block of Harrison Ave NW, police arrested Elizabeth Brook Rogers, 27, for an out-of-town warrant and on suspicion of failure to comply.

On 3/22/22 at 7:59 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin St SE, police arrested Joseph Eugene Leyva, 40, on suspicion of 1) theft of a motor vehicle and 2) violation of no-contact order.

On 3/22/22 at 8:29 p.m. in the 2400 block of Carriage Loop SW, police arrested Corey James Hill, 37, on suspicion of 1) harassment – threats to kill, 2) intimidation with a weapon, and 3) carrying a pistol.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
