On 04/11/23 at 12:15 p.m. at the Lewis County Drug Court, Sheriff's deputies arrested Keaton Drew Taylor, 28, on suspicion of 1) unlawful delivery of a controlled substance - heroin and 2) unlawful delivery of a controlled substance synthetic narcotic.
