On 4/14/26 at 12:35 p.m. in the area of Winco Foods, sheriff’s deputies arrested Signe Linnea James, 29, on suspicion of 1) second-degree burglary, and 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance synthetic narcotic.

On 4/14/26 at 3:05 p.m. in the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Blake, 29, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence protection order.

Lacey Police Department

On 4/14/26 at 8:05 a.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested William Wiley Stone, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 5:45 p.m. in the 7000 block of Flute Street SE, police arrested Emily Leeanna Haslett, 34, on suspicion of harassment.

On 4/14/26 at 8:01 p.m. in the 6400 block of Green Court SE, police arrested Tyler Joseph Sullivan, 29, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 4/14/26 at 9:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Walter J. Chodykin, 59, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 9:41 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Sonja Denise Lipsey, 56, on suspicion of theft ― shoplifting.

On 4/14/26 at 11:20 p.m. in the 4100 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Mandi Lee Albright, 46, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 1:33 a.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue and Cherry Street SE, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 29, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 3:43 a.m. in the 2100 block of United States Highway 101 N, police arrested Rhyan Christopher White, 36, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/14/26 at 10:55 a.m. in the 7600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Luis F. Garcia Guzman, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) hit and run attended, and 3) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/14/26 at 10:07 p.m. in the 1500 block of Henderson Boulevard SE, police arrested Keegan Alan Pierce, 19, on suspicion of assault.

On 4/14/26 at 11:32 p.m. in the 1100 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Derek Allen Ward, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 8:07 a.m. in the 5900 block of Littlerock Road SW, police arrested Dennis Dwain Owens, 68, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 4/14/26 at 12:28 a.m. in the 16600 block of Canal Road SE, police arrested Anne M. Rankin, 60, on suspicion of 1) driving without a license ― no valid ID shown, and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days.

On 4/14/26 at 2:23 a.m. in the 10600 block of Bald Hills Road SE, police arrested Sabrina Victoria Wright, 32, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/14/26 at 7:55 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Walter J. Chodykin, 59, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/14/26 at 8:43 p.m. in the 10300 block of West Road SE, police arrested Derik Lee Mede, 33, on suspicion of 1) first-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.
