On 8/4/26 at 8:30 a.m. in the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Jail, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jesse Lee Aiken, 45, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

On 8/4/26 at 2:49 p.m. in the 7600 block of 19th Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael James Paine, 43, on suspicion of 1) violation of domestic violence no contact order, 2) assault in violation of no contact order, 3) harassment, 4) fourth-degree assault, and 5) residential burglary.

On 8/4/26 at 5:26 p.m. in the 8300 block of 58th Avenue SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Rebekah Margaret Koilpillai, 29, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, and 2) fourth-degree attempted assault.

Olympia Police Department

On 8/4/26 at 12:23 a.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Tony Mark McNally, 58, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/4/26 at 2:32 a.m. in the 500 block of Columbia Street NW, police arrested Tanesa Renee Davis, 44, on suspicion of 1) false statement to public servant, 2) obstructing an officer, and 3) misdemeanor warrant.

On 8/4/26 at 9:45 a.m. in the 3200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jason L. Luther, 55, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, and 2) obstructing an officer.

On 8/4/26 at 9:48 a.m. in the 100 block of Pattison Street NE, police arrested Chauntel N. Zastoupil, 46, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 8/4/26 at 10:04 a.m. in the 100 block of Pattison Street NE, police arrested Anthony David Little, 32, on suspicion of possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance.

On 8/4/26 at 2:41 p.m. in the 300 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested Ryan Wayne Allen, 49, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance ― cocaine, 2) criminal trespass, and 3) obstructing an officer.

On 8/4/26 at 8:24 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Timothy Michael Martin Arms, 41, on suspicion of retail theft with special circumstances.

On 8/4/26 at 11:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Plymouth Street SW, police arrested Kristen Marie Strube, 41, on suspicion of identity theft ― personal information.

On 8/4/26 at 11:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Christopher A. Szymusiak, 29, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) reckless driving.

On 8/4/26 at 9:26 a.m. in the 400 block of Lee Street SW, police arrested Charles Vernon Peppers, 38, on suspicion of 1) second-degree malicious mischief, and 2) violation of domestic violence protection order.

Yelm Police Department

On 8/4/26 at 10:52 a.m. in the 100 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested Dean Edward Nichols, 57, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 8/4/26 at 8:41 p.m. in the 300 block of Washington Avenue SW, police arrested Adam S. Palachuk, 45, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
