On 12/30/25 at 9:17 a.m. in the 10700 block of A Street S, sheriff’s deputies arrested Jonathan Luis Dittmar, 30, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, 2) fourth-degree assault, 3) third-degree malicious mischief, and 4) interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

On 12/30/25 at 4:30 p.m. in the 8700 block of Cabot Street SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Victor Antonio Manzo, 38, on suspicion of possession of stolen vehicle.

On 12/30/25 at 7:11 p.m. in the 16600 block of Hickory Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Dean Scott Hasten, 55, on suspicion of violation of no contact order.

On 12/30/25 at 8:30 p.m. in the area of Yelm, sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Allan Ball, 50, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) first-degree unlawful possession of a fire-arm, 3) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 4) possession, use of uncontrolled substance.

On 12/30/25 at 9:27 p.m. in the area of 2nd Avenue SW and Old Highway 410 SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eric William Lafontaine, 51, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 12/30/25 at 9:30 p.m. in the area of Maytown Road SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Boyd Fasnacht, 54, on suspicion of 1) second-degree driving while license suspended, 2) driving under the influence, and 3) hit and run attended.

On 12/30/25 at 3:28 a.m. in the 6900 block of Prism Street SE, police arrested Makayla Rene Sandoval, 28, on suspicion of 1) second-degree malicious mischief, and 2) third-degree malicious mischief.

On 12/30/25 at 10:09 a.m. in the 4400 block of Saratoga Place NE, police arrested Carlos Alfredo Pelico Sales, 29, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 12/30/25 at 8:38 p.m. in the 7200 block of Hayworth Avenue NE, police arrested Eun Hwa Kang, 59, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 12/30/25 at 9:26 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested David Wayne Oakes, 65, on suspicion of theft – shoplifting.

On 12/30/25 at 10:37 p.m. in the 700 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested William Wiley Stone, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 12/30/25 at 11:37 p.m. in the 3600 block of College Street SE and Mullen Road SE, police arrested James Thomas Rudd, 47, on suspicion of 1) violation of domestic violence protection order, and 2) hit and run unattended.

On 12/30/25 at 1:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Quince Street SE, police arrested Mason Robert Perva, 37, on suspicion of third-degree malicious mischief.

On 12/30/25 at 2:17 p.m. in the 2800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Joe VL Johnson, 38, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 12/30/25 at 9:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Tanja Radic, 30, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Yelm Police Department

On 12/30/25 at 1:39 a.m. in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue W, police arrested James Kim Shaw, 50, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
