On 12/3/24 at 2:37 a.m. in the 8300 block of Oya Lane SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Miguel Paulino, 36, on suspicions of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
On 12/3/24 at 3:57 a.m. in Thurston County Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Allen Pursley, 35, on suspicions of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, 3) failure to transfer title within 45 days, and 4) reckless driving.
On 12/3/24 at 3:21 p.m. in the 15500 block of Vail Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles Francis Willette, 43, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
Lacey Police Department
On 12/3/24 at 10:52 a.m. in the 4600 block of 45th Avenue SE, police arrested Andrew Douglas Benavidez, 31, on suspicion of protection order violation.
On 12/3/24 at 4:50 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Brittney L. Coleman, 32, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 12/3/24 at 2:35 a.m. in the 500 block of Division Street NW, police arrested Brad Steven Olsen, 32, on suspicions of 1) residential burglary, 2) driving under the influence, 3) violation of order 2 convictions, and 4) resisting arrest.
On 12/3/24 at 10:43 a.m. in the 1200 block of Henry Street SE, police arrested David H. Palacios, 50, residential burglary.
On 12/3/24 at 2:08 p.m. in the 1600 block of 15th Avenue SW, police arrested Sedrick A. Sykes, 29, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.
On 12/3/24 at 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Courtside Street SW, police arrested Tristen Joseph Allender, 30, on suspicions of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.
Yelm Police Department
On 12/3/24 at 3:20 a.m. in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Kelly Lyn Wagner, 57, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
