On 2/18/25 at 3:00 a.m. in the 8600 block of Graham Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Walter Baxter, 43, on suspicions of 1) second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 2) no contact order violation, residential burglary, 3) resisting arrest, and 4) other charges.

On 2/18/25 at 1:49 a.m. in the 8300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Andres Leyton, 32, on suspicion of second-degree driving while license suspended.
On 2/18/25 at 2:58 p.m. in the 8200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jodi Annmarie Monroe, 34, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 2/18/25 at 2:00 a.m. in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Victor O. Garza-Marichalar, 38, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/18/25 at 2:14 a.m. in the 2300 block of 4th Avenue E/Chambers Street NE, police arrested Heath David Merrill, 50, on suspicions of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/18/25 at 5:31 a.m. in the 3300 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Scott Daniel Zempel, 53, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
On 2/18/25 at 12:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Columbia Street SW, police arrested Ethan Chase Schultz, 35, on suspicions of 1) assault, and 2) property damage.
On 2/18/25 at 6:57 p.m. in the 900 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Jade A. Engelmann, 25, on suspicion of trip permit violation.

On 2/18/25 at 8:09 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested Deanne Lee Turner, 37, on suspicions of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.
Yelm Police Department
On 2/18/25 at 12:38 a.m. in the 700 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Michael A. Chong, 33, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
